Maintenance and Service

The first time we see your car, providing a maintenance service will give us the opportunity to assess your car and formulate a maintenance/repair plan best suited to the needs of your car. We also provide all kinds of diagnostic, coding and programming, car and key memory, and electric work.

Leaving Your Car
Plan to leave your car for at least a day. If there is a schedule change or change in estimated costs, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Pick Up and Payment
We close promptly at 6 p.m. Please call to confirm completion of repairs prior to your arrival. Payment in full is required for release of vehicle. We accept cash, debit cards, or MasterCard and Visa cards. We aim to please.

Brakes

Let Us Diagnose Your Car

Detail of Symptoms
The more specific you are on the symptoms of a problem, the easier and faster it will be for us to make a diagnosis. Let us know if it is an intermittent problem – we will try to duplicate the circumstances as closely as possible to diagnose the problem. It may require more than one visit.

Check Engine Light
Newer automobiles are equipped with onboard computers that track many of your car’s functions. If your check engine light illuminates, it indicates at least one function is compromised or needs maintenance. After an initial diagnosis and repair, your car may require driving. If the light re-illuminates, further testing may be necessary. Although inconvenient, this method alleviates unnecessary repairs and ultimately reduces repair costs.
